CODIAGRO Consolidates its Growth and Strengthens its Commitment to the Region
This morning, we had the opportunity to meet with Marta Barrachina Mateu, Mayor of Vall d’Alba and President of the Provincial Council of Castellón, to discuss CODIAGRO’s current position and, above all, our plans for the future.
During the meeting, we presented our integration into SAS Group and shared the growth and transformation currently taking place at our Vall d’Alba production site, including the expansion of our industrial capabilities and the continued strengthening of our team across operational, management and executive roles.
Our ambition goes beyond growing as a company. We want to build an increasingly professional, competitive and sustainable organisation while remaining firmly connected to the territory in which we operate.
Vall d’Alba and the surrounding area combine a strong industrial base with deep agricultural roots. For a company whose activity is closely linked to agriculture, this connection is particularly meaningful. We want our growth to contribute to the local economy, attract talent and create new professional opportunities in the region. We also believe that people and talent are fundamental drivers of sustainable growth.
We greatly appreciated the willingness expressed by Vall d’Alba City Council to support companies that invest, grow and become actively involved in their local communities. The meeting has also opened a direct channel for dialogue and collaboration, allowing us to explore future initiatives in which business and public institutions can work together.
